THE YARD IS NOW OPEN TO TRADE & PUBLIC CUSTOMERS
We are taking every precaution possible to protect our staff and customers therefore if you have the ability to pre-order on the phone (01388 608452) or via email info@btltimber.co.uk, or to purchase through the website please do so.
If you are attending the yard and wish to enter the shop you MUST:
- Wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided on entering.
- Follow the arrow one way system and stand where directed on the floor markings.
- Always observe a minimum of 1m social distancing or 2 metres where possible.
We reserve the right to REFUSE the sale of goods to anyone not following these guidelines.
Deliveries
We are experiencing a high volume of orders and will get your delivery to you as soon as possible, once your order has been prepared we will contact you via telephone to confirm the delivery date/time. Our drivers will deliver to safe place observing social distancing measures, we ask that you also respect this when our drivers arrive.
